Your job search is a process. Here are the four key steps.



We believe there are four key steps that a job seeker needs to take to secure their next role. Your job search is a process and if you get these right, you will significantly reduce the time it takes you to land your next role.


  1. Step one is positioning. You need to make sure that you are positioning both your CV and your LinkedIn profile correctly. This means they need to represent your career goals and accomplishments clearly.

  2. Step two is views. You need to make sure as many decision makers as possible see your CV and LinkedIn profile. This isn't just about applying for jobs. It’s about networking and putting yourself out there to be referred for roles.

  3. Step three is presentation. You need to make sure you are prepared to sell yourself in person (via video) to prospective employers. Practice your elevator pitch and know what skills and experience you bring to the table. Have stories of your achievements ready to go.

  4. Step four is the close. Don't just accept the first offer a company makes. Ensure you know your true value and secure the package you are really worth.
